They are always willing to hear my perspectives and background before coming to a conclusion about next steps in maintaining my health and wellbeing. Hopefully their clinic is one of the first in a nationwide grassroots movement that prioritizes patients needs over insurance profits and volume that we currently see in every healthcare system.

Finding MBody has been a life changer for me. Ive had ketamine infusions, and have also switched my primary care to them. Dr. Major and Melissa are amazing, and really spend time getting to know you, your health needs and concerns. I truly cant say enough about how amazing my experience has been. Im not exaggerating when I say the ketamine infusions have been life changing. Love you guys! I cant thank you enough for everything you do!

My partner and I have been going to MBody for primary care for a year now, and it is the best experience either of us have ever had with a medical practice. I came in initially for just an infusion and immediately knew I needed to switch doctors. I always feel like a real person here, not lost in a system, and I dont get flustered and forget to ask them things or share important details because Im never rushed. I didnt realize how negative my medical experience had been up until now, but now that Im having a good experience my standards have been raised significantly. Appointments are when they say they are. Its not like at most doctors where your appointment is at 11 so you have to take the whole day off of work because it could be hours and hours until youre seen. If you or anyone you know has a phobia of doctors offices or has sensory issues, send them here. They are very gentle and accommodating, and put real effort into making everyone comfortable. It feels more like being at a trusted caregivers house than a hospital. Everything is clean and hygienic, its just quieter and calmer with lighting that doesnt make you sad. Some places sound like a mall and smell like getting stabbed with a needle, and you just know youre going to get sick in the waiting room. MBody is the opposite of that. It makes it much less scary when you dont feel good. My concerns and my medical history are always taken seriously. The day I first called to make an appointment I hung up feeling shocked that I reached a real person right away and that they were so genuinely kind and accommodating. Reading over the website I thought the membership plan was too good to be true, but it is exactly what it says it is. There isnt secret fine print, or a secret hidden actual price, or in app purchases. If you dont have health insurance (or even if you do) and are hesitating because youre wondering if its worth it - it is. The feeling of dignity and stress relief you get from being cared for by professionals who have time for you is difficult to describe, much less put a price on. It is truly life changing. I hope Melissa and Meikel stay in Knoxville for a long time, because going anywhere else after this would be such a downgrade!
