        Brought my child in today (12/23) at 2:30pm. Medicine wasnt called in by 5. Went down there in person and told them they never called it in. Here it is almost 8pm and my child has no antibiotic for his ear. And he is in PAIN! Called the after hours number and it loooooooves to tell me that the clinic is still open. I want to scream. I wish I could give -2 stars. AND YES his paper he brought home said amoxicillin would be called in!

        I have to admit I read these reviews and was weary of even going in but did not want to go to an urgent care. Montoryia was very polite and so was the NP I saw. Very quick, in and out. Will definitely be going here from now on if needed.

        Nurse Montoryia and Dr. Ashley Sumner were very unprofessional and lacked both compassion and basic social skills. I am filing a formal complaint with the state of Tennessee, that is how horrible this service was. I will never go to another Little Clinic again

        Worst experience ever!!!!! Your better off going to the ER at a hospital! Never updated there stuff says they take walk in appointments but when you get there the very rude lady at the front told me no walk in appointments and wouldn't give me an explanation why so I drove there for nothing! DO NOT GO HERE!
