        Counter was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked pricing and availability so my customer could arrange pick up. Grumpy old men.

        Need to update lights, stopped by stokes showroom. Zero customer service. Ladies at front basically ignored us, as we walked around no checking on us. No one in store, not busy, just talking among themselves. We even wandered by the desk a few times with no effort to engage us. Almost zero chance they will get our business.

      Hi Chuck, I'm sorry you had that experience. That's atypical for our service level. From what we understand they asked you a few times if you wanted help with anything. It's hard to gauge whether a customer wants to be followed around or left to peruse and it sounds like they misunderstood your experience desires. We apologize that we did not meet your expectations.
