If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a pair of earrings as a birthday gift. I paid for two day shipping so they would be here a day before the occasion and it gave some wiggle room in case they actually came on the date needed. Well, they have not shipped the earrings out, I have gotten the run around (saying I will get email updates, that I never got. Were working on it, the usual customer service script). I asked to cancel the order since the birthday is tomorrow that the gift was intended for. They told me they would have to file a claim with the post office to get my money back which doesnt make sense, due to the item not being shipped to begin with. I have called a total of seven times since placing the order Monday. Now I have to call my credit card company and file a dispute due to the negligence of this company.

Ordered a watch for my wife and they shipped the wrong watch. It was a hassel to deal with an intermediary to try and fix the issue and not speak directly with the seller. I had to return the watch they incorrectly sent to me and repurchase the correct watch so I can actually give the gift to my wife. I get a refund once they recieve the watch that was incorrectly shipped. Shipping was free, but again the time and hassel it took to do all of this wasnt worth it. Customer service employees are nice, just not helpful.
