Made appointment with Robbie Duncan for week out. I am about an hour away. Called and confirmed appointment before arrival with whoever answered phone and she confirmed 1 pm appointment. Get there wait 10-15 min and Robbie send someone out to say that my appointment was supposed to be a phone call appointment. So the girl says she will try to answer any questions i might have. Really, cant believe i drove up for this. Also cant believe since i was there he would not meet. Wow! I have no use for them at this point.

Fidelity professionals are extremely helpful and courteous. They are knowledgeable and efficient problem solvers about every situation I could throw at them. The staff at the Knoxville office are a critical asset to investors and to Fidelity. Recently, I had very positive interactions with Jay Morris and Andrew Thompson. I definitely recommend the Knoxville Fidelity office for anyone interested in growing and managing assets.
