        Samantha Kirkwood went above and beyond searching for auto rates for our family. Although they didn't have the lowest rate (out of their control) they did have outstanding customer service and Samantha did all she could to provide us the coverage we needed at an affordable price. If your in the Knoxville area, I would highly recommend ABI for you insurance needs!
