This company is a joke! Used to be a great place full of wonderful agents, but I have been trying to get copies of my policies, and the manager there John Bunt would never call me back or send them. I can only assume he was blowing me off because I wasn't new business and putting money in his pocket. All the agents that used to work there when I first got my life insurance policy are no longer there and by the looks of it, it's because of that john guy. I've called before and could hear the profound language and foul music. I would hate to have to go in there for anything because just the little bit that I heard over the phone I could just imagine what it's like in person.

I previously left a 1 star review! Home office in Austin was keeping my sister n laws money! Thank God for John Bunt from the Knox office for being so diligent so we finally were able to pay her funeral bill! John you will NEVER know how much I appreciate you!

Go to a different branch, one where John Bunt isnt the manager. John skipped work to support the storming of the capitol on Jan. 6 in DC. John terminated my husband (who was loyal to Bankers for 11 years) for not seeing eye to eye last Friday at 4:30 pm, leaving his many East TN clients orphaned, without the agent who walked them through the important process of ensuring your loved ones are taken care of when you die. Most of the positive reviews for this branch are for James Granda, who is no longer with this branch. All I can do is advise you to avoid Knoxville and surrounding branches of Bankers. Its pitiful what one bad egg can do to an otherwise good business. Ill pray that John finds healing for whatever has caused his carelessness.

Mrs. Russeau and Mr. Granda met with my mom today to discuss her current coverage and options for the future. They were both very polite and professional. I would recommend them to my friends and family and especially if you would like someone to sit down with you and explain your policies and options. They are A+. Thank you both very much!
