        Last week my home suffered from over $18,000 damage due to water damage caused by water damage from my ductwork. The adjuster was rude, dishonest and unprofessional. The settlement that they chose to give was $250....really. After raising my rates over 100% over the last 3 years, and being a customer for decades, this is the service I get !! Not one time, over the last 20 years has this insurance called me for an annual review, to update my policy, or to even thank me for my business. For those policy holders who currently are with Mowery, I warn you now that this could be your fate sooner or later. To take some person's business for granted is a cardinal sin in this or any other field of business. I am taking my business elsewhere. I really wish I could post no stars as far as rating, because that would be more appropriate.
