My homeowner's policy was up for renewal and I was adding a commercial policy. I asked Tim to call me back so we could review my homeowner's and provide a quote for the commercial policy. 2 weeks later, I am still waiting, but fortunately for me, I found a new insurance company who actually wanted to earn my business and moved all of my policies over to them.

I have moved down here from Illinois and moved my business down here as well. I was recommended to use Tim Walters' Brightway branch and I am grateful for the recommendation. Tim was quick and responsive in finding me two great policies, one for commercial general liability and another for business auto. When there were issues with the insurance company and my information along with a computer glitch on the side of the insurance companies I selected Tim worked late in the evenings and on the weekend to get my policies up and running as soon as possible. All the communication with Tim and his office members were professional and polite. A little humor and a good attitude also helped to make the process enjoyable.
