I have been using Matthew for my home and auto insurance for several years. I have never had any issues. He is easy to get a hold of, responsive and very helpful. I have had questions in the past about filing a claim under my home owners insurance, which I had never done, and he was very helpful. I got rear-ended earlier this year, it was the first time I had to use my auto insurance and he was super helpful in explaining the process to me & talking through different options. I hate dealing with insurance, I'm clueless to the processes and Summit Insurance has been so great to work with. Previously I was with a local State Farm agent and was much less pleased.

This is the absolute worst insurance agency I have ever worked with in my life. Matthew & his staff are rude,, incompetent, and could care less about their customers. His staff lies and refuse to help you when Matthew is out of town. They dont relay messages when you call. They refused to add a vehicle to my policy. I called the insurance company myself and canceled my homeowners, RV & full coverage insurance on 4 vehicles. I was never informed that there was a 10% fee for early cancelation on RV insurance. Matthew said he had no knowledge that any customer would be charged a fee. Thats his job to know these things. Its prorated on how much they charge you. Devin Masioner with State Farm was happy to help me. I now have insurance with him. He explained everything to me in detail. PLEASE BEWARE OF SUMMIT INSURANCE LLC in Knoxville Tn.
