        I reached out to Twayne when I was looking for quotes for insurance because I was purchasing a new home. He is very friendly and responsive. I have yet to think of a question -- and I'm a big question asker! -- for which he hasn't immediately found an answer. He's been very communicative and made sure I understand what different coverage is actually for. I've also been pleased that the Farmers policy covers several more things than my previous home owner's policy without being significantly more expensive.
