If you look through the list of reviews, They have the rating they do is because of the employees. Its not a true rating.
The the manager I was put under had a god complex and was unwilling to help people who needed help and tried saying there performance is related to their work ethic and that he had the right to choose who he wanted.

They have a phone number but no one answers the phone. You can leave messages and no one calls you back. Unfortunately, a family member has a policy with this company I cannot get anyone to call back.
** Changed my rating because someone finally called back today. Apparently they were closed on the day that I left this review, even though the greeting for the voicemail stated the hours of operation, which indicated they should be open. I became so frustrated and left the initial "1" review. Apparently the review got someone's attention as I received an email and I received a callback today.They still referred me to home office. I have somewhat improved my rating. (Last person out the door should update Voicemail Greeting!)
