A big thanks to Doug from Precision Builders for
great service and professionalism in fulfilling our dreams of extending and adding onto our previous small deck. He really listened to what our ideas were and made it happen! We were previously told it could not be done the way we wanted.
We extended our previous enclosed and covered deck and gained an eating area. We added a covered and enclosed concrete patio right off of it too. This TRIPLED our covered and enclosed outdoor area and we couldnt be happier!
They also installed pull down stairs in our garage so we could access the attic for storage. Additionally, they added another opening in the garage ceiling so my husband could add a wrench and pulley system so we could safely move things up there vs carrying and balancing up the ladder. Also, they installed a subfloor in the attic and built a separate temperature controlled storage room in there as well.
So if you have a vision that you KNOW is doable, check around if youre not satisfied. We found Doug from Precision Builders to be extremely knowledgeable and very professional to work with

Josh was our project manager for the renovation of our 1927 home conversion into our physical therapy clinic. He was very creative in restoring our home into a new business while maintaining the characteristics of the era. He is extremely knowledgeable in codes and materials. Josh is very efficient and easy to work with in all aspects of the job! Services: Install flooring, Paint indoors, Drywall installation, Repair flooring, Flooring

We dont know what to say that hasnt been said already about Eric, Josh, Hannah and the entire crew at Precision Builders.
After we purchased our lot in Loudon, TN we drove around looking at homes that were under construction by various builders and narrowed our choice down to 3 builders, we then interviewed each of them and Eric from Precision Builders was the most responsive, answered the phone when we called or returned calls, text messages or emails in a very timely manner plus the quality of construction on his homes exceeded our expectations. (the other 2 builders didnt seem interested during the interview plus have never gotten back to us with answers to follow questions we had)
Eric also understood our situation as this was our first build and was long distance as we were living in Illinois during the build. They kept us up to date with what was going on with the build and very accommodating with last minute change requests.
Hannah is fantastic with design, finding out what our style and color preferences are then helping to bring everything together.
On numerous trips in from Illinois we would stop and check on the progress and if there was something we didn't care for or had a concern with Josh was right there to make changes and to make sure it was the way we wanted.
The home was completed on schedule, closing went without a hitch and we are enjoying our beautiful Precision Built retirement home.
