I absolutely loved how my hair turned out, my hairstylist, and the experience. I just had a baby and needed to pump, I mentioned it to Caitlyn, my hairstylist, and she was amazing. She had someone help her where she could and she was fast throughout the whole process but it did not effect her work because my hair turned out amazing. I also have to add she listened exactly to what I needed to get done and asked questions instead of assuming which I am used to other hairstylists doing. I definitely recommend Caitlyn and Salon Haven!

Sydney is an absolute magician with hair!!! My daughter showed her the inspiration pic and she went above and beyond. The compliments already have put the biggest smile on her face!

Vickie, I am sorry that you had a bad experience at Salon Haven. Please call us at 865-357-3570 so we can find out what we did wrong so that we can learn from it. However, I have reviewed the books and profiles, and we do not have a Vickie Mason in our system or checkout. So it’s hard for us to even see what you received or if you were actually in our salon. Are you sure you have the right salon? Please let us know.

The left a review that I am not satisfied with the service . owner of the salon babs reached out to me and offered to redo my hair again and addressed my concerns i really appreciate their efforts for customer satisfaction !!
