We had an amazing experience here! We have a very active 2 year old and Samantha was so patient and good with him. Didn't feel rushed and she really took her time to give him a good haircut. I highly recommend!

Our second time coming for our son and he did great!! The staff is always so nice, welcoming, friendly, polite , and patient with our son because hes iffy about things but he did a great job.

We have an autistic 3 year old and we struggled getting him in his car seat this morning. We were 5 minutes late and showed up to the doors locked and no one there. When we called, they said they have a 5 minute policy and your appointment is automatically cancelled after 5 minutes. We have been coming here for years, always on time, and have waited well over 10-15 minutes sometimes for the appointment to even begin! Our last appointment, we were rescheduled for an hour later the morning of because the owner had to go to a doctors appointment (which was fine, we made it work). Dont expect your customers to be flexible with you when you cant be flexible with us over 5 minutes.
