        I ordered an arrangement for a funeral, and received a confirmation email. The $128 was deducted from my checking account. A few days after the funeral, I noticed the money was credited back into my account. I didnt receive an email or phone call stating they cancelled the order. I called to see what happened, there was no explication. I requested the manager call me, but that never happened. I would not recommend The Flower Pot.

        Wonderful and kind service to family. They deliver to Highland Memorial to my parents grave and place the plant or wreath at the monument. Then they text me a photo, so I feel connected although I am far away. Such thoughtfulness is appreciated.

        Delivery was late and a few of the babys breath were brown and dying already, lilies never opened. Disapointed
