The young woman working at the drive-through window, refused to give me my order after I paid for it. She was obviously mad because the person in front of me left, and she tried to give me their order. There was no one behind me in the drive through, the restaurant was dead with no customers. I paid for two coffees, and she refused to give them to me and kept yelling at me to stop disrespecting her because I asked her to just make the coffees please because we were in a hurry. I didnt have time to listen to her yell and lecture me. Ive never had such poor service in my life. Its ridiculous that a Burger King drive-through attendant is yelling at customers to not be disrespectful because they just expect her to do her job. Im going to file a formal complaint when I get the store owner info.

My daughter's first time at burger King. I was going to ask for a crown but I had tk ask for sauce after I ordered thr sauce and paid twice. I had to honk onky person in the drive through. Otherwise food good cashiers need training on not over charging and arguing. Maybe next time I will get some calmer crew so I can get my daughter a crown.
