Mrs. Samano and her team are fantastic! They are great to work with, they are always responsive, and they fully prepare you for what to expect through the whole process. They are thoughtful, prompt, and courteous. Phone calls, emails, and questions are always answered in a timely manner. Mrs. Samano showed compassion for my situation. She is a fighter and her passion is evident in the court room. My specific situation resulted in months and months of back and forth with the other party, and Mrs. Samano never faltered. Instead, she continued to lift me up and encourage me. Through each step of the process, Mrs. Samano exemplified professionalism. She knew her stuff, helped to guide those who were less experienced, and commanded the court's stage. Never did I believe Mrs. Samano was underperforming or that she was not the attorney for me. The opposite was true. She was exactly the attorney I needed at the time I needed her the most. I cannot thank God enough for bringing Mrs. Samano into my life. I contacted a childhood friend who happens to be a local criminal attorney to ask for advice on a legal matter that I unexpectedly found myself. After explaining my situation, he immediately referred me to Ms Samano. I clearly understood why my friend had referred me to Ms Samano once we had our initial consultation. She is very accessible and not once did I have a question was it not answered in a timely fashion. As a single father of 10 year old twin boys, and facing a situation that could literally change our quality of life, I was not the most patient client. However, Ms Samano has a way of making you feel like your her only client. I left the initial consultation with a sense of peace, hope, and without a doubt, had just hired the right attorney for me. Her fee was actually less than what I had expected and in the end, Ms Samano was able to obtain an acceptable outcome of my case. I have no problem recommending Ms Samano and her staff if you should find yourself in a situation requiring legal representation! As a devoted father I really can not express enough gratitude for Vanessa`s execution of professionalism during my mediation with the defendant in my case. I have high expectations and consider myself an acute observer with a keen ability to detect less than admirable abilities. Mrs. Samano is present, focused, paced and precise. All the while posessing a kind and likeable demeanor and a unique ability to control all aspects of negotiations as well as both her clients emotions and the mediators direction...Bravo!! A real champion for families that care. Oh and this was all day on a Saturday, by the way Vanessa`s day off! All scheduled calls were timely, and their phones were always answered by highly qualified assistants. Thier billing was equally astute and precise...wait for it...I was refunded 20% as unused retainer. YES, Vanessa Samona is an Honerable attorney!
