        Ms. Bodie was an obvious choice for the step-parent adoption of our child, after meeting with several other area family law attorneys. You can tell she genuinely cares about families and has a passion for what she does. The entire process for us was well explained by her, and specific to our situation, everything went smoothly. Her practice focuses on representing individuals involved in divorce, child custody, child visitation, and child support litigation. Jo Ann also assists clients involved in relocation issues, and clients in need of prenuptial or postnuptial agreements. Jo Ann is trained in the collaborative method of resolving divorce cases and is a founding member of the East Tennessee Collaborative Alliance.
