    Had to leave a night early to go get some rest elsewhere. A college sports team was staying there and pounded the doors endlessly, Sleep wasn't happening. I put some of this on the Hotel for not locating all these guests on one location in the hotel. Instead they were scattered across the hotel. The kids were well-mannered but still , loud college kids. The main thing that caught me off guard was when we checked out the lady at the front desk announced that they "Could not give us a Refund" which was odd because we never asked for one. This makes me wonder if she said this because she felt like they really should have offered one or did many other guest leave for the same reason? You can give up taking a Hot shower also. Luke warm to cold is as good as we got. We left there Exhausted and Tired. We couldn't even get a nap in the Afternoon. I'm over 50 years old and have stayed in hotels 30 plus years and this was worse stay ever due to noise. Night and Day doors Slamming. Again, we had to cut our weekend short and leave to get rest.

    Rooms/amenities were about as expected for the price, but the staff is absolutely what makes this place. I dealt with multiple desk agents, and they were all kind, helpful, and did the absolute best they could. We were dealing with multiple reservations, some of which needed modifications due to flight cancellations (and the uncertainty that comes with all of that mess!), others that had modified arrival dates due to weather, and they made it all work with as little headache as possible.
