We had been in the courts for almost seven years going back and forth with minor children where the biological dad had lost custody, and kept filing pro se motions, keeping us in court cases almost weekly. We had been through 5 different lawyers each telling us we did not have grounds for termination, and costing us hundreds of thousands of dollars in lawyer fees. The first time I spoke with Ben I knew he was our guy. He is a no nonsense, make it happen kind of man, which is exactly what we needed. He handled the Bio dad like a champ, and in one 2 hour meeting was able to get him to relinquish all of his rights to the minor children.....an act that many previous lawyers specifically told us would never happen. His firm was always quick to respond to any emails or anything happening with our case (Emily is amazing)! Ben would even call late at night to give me updates after I'm sure a long day himself which is something you don't see much in the professional world anymore, and an act I truly appreciated. Ben and his team forever changed our families life, and was able to bring peace to our home....something that no amount of money would be able provide. I am truly grateful that Ben had the courage and will to take on our case.
