DAG is within my insurance network. Scheduling appointments and getting checked in always goes smoothly and relatively quickly. I had two incidents in which the prescription was not sent to the pharmacy and needed follow-up. It was my impression that they have a consistently decent load of appointments. In my case, an incorrect diagnosis was determined and led me to return 3 days later for a correct diagnosis. No serious consequences. I had suggested the correct diagnosis at the first appointment. The proper treatment plan could have been started sooner.

Contrary to other outpatient offices at UT, this is a smaller scale place with no wasted motions. When I have been to this office I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. I went saw Blake Childress PA for five visits to have an elective skin care procedure, and he did a great job. Like the rest of the team, he was polite, caring, but was also straight to the point and got his business done efficiently. I would expect that is pretty standard for this clinic's scale. I would definitely recommend anyone to see Blake for any similar elective procedures. I will make a disclaimer that I was not seen for anything complex that required a lot of communications, referrals, management, etc., so I cannot make a judgement on those aspects. However, I definitely would not hesitate to visit this group if I did develop a serious dermatological condition.
