Store is closing g but the marked down prices remain exorbitant! I didn't buy anything.

Went to return several items. Upon entering the doors, the so called manager was leaning over the counter with her hand on her chin with a don't give a care attitude. She was wearing a TShirt that stated something about "she was left in charge as supervisor". Her arrogance and lording over behavior was off putting from the moment you enter the store. I approached to return the items we bought 3 days prior. For a total of over five hundred dollars. However, she stated she didn't care if I got my money back because the store is closing and it don't matter to her if I get my money. Since there is so much to state here, I'll be brief. The boss above her lied and said he couldn't find the Return Policy online on his end. However, we had the website pulled up the entire time showing the Return Policy. The boss told the manager to go find it online and then proceed from there. She comes back with a printed paper stating no Returns. When we showed her from BBB website it states 90 says, she said "well we aren't giving you your money back". "You're not getting your money back". Idk who this woman was but she doesn't deserve a job in customer service. To lord over others and to treat them in an unjust manner is uncalled for. No wonder this store is going down! Disgusting customer service. You would think the people working there would want to be helpful. Companies that choose to hire these kind of folks will not last. Their people who think they are better than the customers, will be their downfall. Pride is before a crash.
