        URE and specifically Mary have proven to be very helpful as I transitioned bank accounts and the payment of rent. I experienced a bunch of issues with my bank and if not for Mary and her patience and understanding, it would have been very costly and much more of a headache than it ended up being. Thank you to her help and support. Top notch people!

        Do NOT rent from Suzanne at URE! They are extremely unresponsive, unprofessional and work hard to try and cheat you out of your security deposit. They kept $400 for a cleaning fee but Never had our unit cleaned! Cheaters! We will never rent from URE again!!

        The medical arts building has started falling apart (from power outages and broken AC to pests) and University Real Estate does nothing about it, other than raising the rent adsurdly.

      Johnny Boy fails to post this review with his real name, but I am sure I know who he is. His statement is unjustified and we always try to work with our tenants even when they are difficult to work with. It has been quite a lesson in patience and human nature working with you and I have appreciated the opportunity to grow and learn. I will continue to work with you throughout the remainder of your lease.
