I had an appointment scheduled for 10 am and I made sure to get there early to fill out the paperwork. By 10:20 I was still waiting and no one had come to explain, apologize or let me know how much longer it would be. I let the lady at the front desk know I was unhappy with the wait and that I was leaving. I found the whole experience unprofessional and would not recommend it. I would never show up to an appointment 20 minutes late without an explanation and I dont think its a lot to ask for the same curtesy. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Dr. Self has the knowledge, training and experience to be the best in his field. But, his understanding and interest in me as an individual patient elevates him above his peers. I was in pretty bad shape at my first visit. 3 months and 5 visits later, all of several health problems are much better. Chiropractic treatments for skeletal issues including my neck resolved dizziness and other issues. I had maxed out on medications for RLS with little improvement in my symptoms. Acupuncture treatments have greatly improved neurological symptoms and quality of sleep. Nutritional supplements have greatly improved my G.I. symptoms and energy levels. Thanks, Dr. John.

After 3 visits I am feeling 15 years younger and having more energy. Dr. John offered practical wellness advice that I had found to be beneficial.
