    Good thing this store is closing I called about a stroller and car seat and they said they were getting it in. Came in this week (Tuesday) to get it and wanted to ask some questions just to make sure it was the right fit for me. The manger kamesa seemed so bothered by the fact that she had to do her job. When I asked about a closing date she said she they didnt have one, yet another employee said mid July.

    The employees were so incredibly rude. Ive never been somewhere where I felt like I was bothering someone so much by simply asking a question. My husband left our buggy where we thought was an appropriate place to leave it, thinking nothing else and the employee sarcastically says well get the cart for you they all start laughing and one employee proceeds to say oh I hate people. Well fortunately enough for her we definitely will not be back.

    I did my baby registry through Buy Buy Baby and basically half of my items were out of stock the whole time.. makes it difficult to have a registry. Not sure why they can't keep enough in stock, but I would not recommend having a registry through them.

    BEWARE!!! I have made many purchases in the past because I have a large family. I made a purchase earlier this week and paid cash. I punched my phone number in. My receipt was put in the bag. I immediately made a second purchase. I paid cash. I did not get the opportunity to punch my number in. This time the receipt was not put in my bag but I didn't know that. As it turns out, three outfits did not fit my great grandchildren. My daughter and granddaughter took them back and returned them. Because there was no receipt, they gave them a gift card. But after they left, they noticed 20% had not been refunded. And they weren't told it would not be refunded. Later in the day, when I found out, I called and talked to Brie, the manager, about it. With no receipt, Brie said that is their policy. And I can understand that. However, employees should have a policy directing them to give receipts or email receipts. That's only fair.

    I ordered a 25 dollar gift card on September 20. Once it arrived on the 23rd I figured I check it to make sure the money was on it since it was a gift. Sure enough my 25 wasn't on it. Contacted customer service and was told I could e gift card it to the person instead so I chose to do that. They said it would take 48 hours to do so. I contacted the person asking about her money and she never received it after 5 days of waiting the for email. So I contacted them again and they said they are positive that they sent it to her and that it should show up in funds on her buybuy baby account. BUT ITS NOT. She sent me her account info and I checked as well. I wasted 25 dollars that I worked for that I apparently can't get back no matter how many times I talk to customer service. It's a joke. I just want my money back that they apparently stole that way I can take my business else where. If your like me and had to save up 25 dollars because your job ain't that great I would avoid this place completely. I can't get a gift for my sister now because I no longer have the 25
