        I've had my truck in twice now for repairs. Still not fixed and have an appointment for April 15 to bring back in. The manager and Teresa at the desk get a 4 star but the tech probably should get a 1 star.

        Came in for recall. Girls at service department counter are unpleasant. When I scheduled the appointment they said it would take about an hour, I actually waited 3 hours in the service department waiting room.
