I would recommend you stay away from Rice Buick GMC. Not professional or customer oriented. Service Department totally inept. Had truck towed and was told it would have a diagnostic test later the same day. not only did that not happen but was told it could be a much as 5 days before being diagnosed. Service Manager is rude and abrasive.

Do not go buy a used car from Alpha motors in Knoxville TN. They do not care how safe you feel nor your children ! Parts will be missing off cars as well: they do NOT go over numbers with you & they will lie to you about your trade in amount until AFTER the deal is done. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

My wife and I were just there today about 15 minutes after they opened. We got our food and it was good until I ate my lo mein noodles. I took a bite and I felt something on the back of my tongue and I pulled out a hair. When I asked what can be done about it, they told me it was not their fault it was from a costumer. They kept looking at my wifes haircut to see if it was hers. My wife has black hair the one I pulled out of my mouth was blonde. That is disgusting and I threw up after I left. This was at Golden Oak in Oak RidgeTN
