Boot Barn

While the selection was okay, i was completely ignored by staff the entire time i was in the store. I looked through pants for 15 minutes and used a dressing room for about 5 and i still had to walk over and ask a staff member to check me out.

We went there to get my grandson First pair of cowboy boots It was definitely an experience lol But we had a young lady helping us. Her name was Melissa. She was definitely very helpful. Her customer service is exceptional She spent a lot of time with his helping us. Pick out boots for him She's definitely gonna be our. Go to person when we come back there to buy more boots. Or clothing thank you melissa

Went in to purchase boots and hats for a wedding. Stacey the manager was less than helpful when we asked questions and then told us the store was closing and the register was closed. So much for any sales with this store.

Came to this store while on a business trip for work in search of a nice cowboy har. Took a Snapchat of the name of the store outside to show my wife. Immediately get approached when I walk in the door "You can't have that big with you when you shop, needs to be left at the front" (thats fine, I get you don't want your things get stolen, don't really care) And "Just so you know, you can't take any pictures in here, I saw you take them outside but we don't allow any pictures in the store" Well that's ridiculous, what if I want to snap a picture to my wife and ask her if this $300 cowboy hat I'm looking at is a good fit for me? MIND YOU, 5 minutes after I walked in, a group of 3-4 guys came right next to me and we're taking pictures with the cowboy hats on. Again, I don't care because it's a stupid rule to begin with. But nobody said a word to them. So thanks for ruining my experience the second I walked in the door and I'll be sure to bring my business elsewhere.
