Overall terrible service. I initially started using this bank to keep money local, and could even overlook their antiquated systems due to the friendly personnel. Recently, however, the staff have become not only unhelpful but downright rude. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this institution to avoid if at all possible and establish with one of the other more reputable local lenders.

They robbed almost 500$ because of a cashapp was not authorized and they were not able to help nor cash app was able to help during Christmas time and I ended up eventually closing the account and all they had to say was Im sorry no sorry does not cut $500 of my money just because you guys have a glitch in your system

Usually they're very nice people but now they have new people that are just rude.i haven't been in the bank in about a month or 2 walk in grab my withdrawal form as I'm feeling it out the teller woman just started yelling can I help you i didn't answer at first because I was trying to feel my form out correctly an she just continues to raise her voice asking the same question.after I answer she yells it again can I help you.kinda makes me want to change banks.till they get a better class of people in there.
