        The employees are so nice and I am always super satisfied with the food. This is my favorite restaurant on campus. They have the best bagel sandwiches and coffee.

        The staff is delightful. I started my day groggy, but after their literal service with a smile, I left smiling and ready to tackle the day.

        I have overall loved einsteins, but if Jackie is working you can count on your order being wrong and your coffee tasking horrible. No customer service skills, clearly doesnt want to be there. Really annoying to have a repetitive bad experience when one particle worker is there. The other workers are great and friendly, she sticks out like a sore thumb.
