        Wife needed her car battery changed. Nothing else was wrong with the car when we got to the shop. After changing the battery, the car would not stay on. We confirmed the alternator worked as intended. After looking at the fuses and wires on the battery, the Advance employee basically shrugged and went inside. It took a pep boys employee that saw us struggling to come out and help work on the car before it was fixed. Would not recommend this location.

        Not my favorite auto parts chain to deal with. Horrible customer service and not willing to help or answer questions..thought maybe when a person traveling has some minor issues with their car & could be corrected in less than 10 minutes the employees would maybe want to help, I mean its their job.Not the case apparently

        I had a headlight bulb go out and didnt want to drive back at night that way so I visited these guys. They had a good selection and let me borrow a tool and were very helpful. I originally got the LEDs but they were not compatible so I was able to return them and get the next best thing and was excited to drive back with shiny new bright white lights leading the way!
