DO NOT HIRE OYSK3!!!Cara Knapp and Seth Schweitzer are Incompetent, Unprofessional and Dishonest.OSKY3 did not even measure the space. Charged me $14,000 for plans for a 60 ft x 35.5 ft space. BUT, OSKY3 designed plans for a 60 ft x 40 ft space.And, they oversized the HVAC by 200%, which would have cost me an additional $50,000 if my hvac contractor had not pointed out the MISTAKES MADE BY OYSK3.

I have worked with Seth on many commercial projects in the 15+ years. Seth, with others in OYSK3, are professional and outstanding to work alongside with our clients. Over the years, they have been very knowledgeable in all areas of commercial construction (industrial, retail, medical, etc.).I highly recommend!

Only give one star just because I have to, but Carla and Seth are very unprofessional, they don't answer their phones or respond to emails from the client or the state. They have delayed my daycare project for two years. Have caught Seth lying so many times which is unbelievable with his profession, but unless otherwise I will have to explore all my options and make them responsible of their acts just because they are rude and completed drawing without my input that included me doing a lot of unnecessary stuff that were very expensive. I will say stay aware from this firm because of all of them act anywhere close to these two, you will be wasting money and time. I felt good to see the review also that highlights the two as well .....you all can see the common denominator .
