Nice apartments but the prices are ridiculous. Within a year and a half of me living there, my rent went up $600 and is listed for even more since Ive moved. The parking is horrendous. Theres an over flow lot a ways away from the apartments with minimal parking and no side walk or security lights back to the apartments. Half the time residents were parking in handicap or in non-parking spots. It was hit or miss on whether you got ticketed or not. Within a year and a half of me signing my lease there, we had FOUR property managers (why so much turn over?). The current property manager was always sending out emails that they would be closing the office early or the office would be closed. This was an absolute pain when it came to moving. I had to leave my keys in the apartment because they wouldnt be available. With the prices they want you to rent there needs to be so much more to offer such as more parking & a dog park. Honestly the only thing I enjoyed while living here was the apartment itself, the location, and the maintenance guys (Kurby in particular) were always wonderful. I recommend the apartments only if the management improves, lower prices, more parking, and potentially a dog park.

I lived here for three years and recently moved. We lived on the third floor and the stairs became tedious after awhile with our dog and young children. If you are a family I do not suggest living here. Upon touring the apartment we asked the leasing office about the demographics here and they said it was a mix, but that wasn't true. We didn't want to live somewhere where kids weren't welcome but they made it seem like many young families lived there. It's mostly college students, young professionals, and a few retirees. Additionally, the parking is terrible. The auxiliary lot is far, there is no cross walk or sidewalk so if you come home late ( after 7pm) with kids, it's dark and dangerous. Not kid friendly, but the parks nearby are nice and clean. If you live on the third floor like we did, the water pressure SUCKS. We asked a few friends who also live in the complex on the third floor and they all said the same thing. There are also a lot of dogs but no dog park and MANY people do an extremely poor job of cleaning up after their pet. (If I can do it with a baby strapped to my chest and a toddler by my side you can pick up dog poop ). The first couple years of living there weren't terrible but this past year they hiked up their prices by A LOT, you can't always see your lease on your portal anymore after they changed websites, and the new management is meh.

Lived here for 2 years and loved the location. We moved when we bought a house. We had some mail accidentally sent to our old address and the leasing office manager made sure that we got it. Worth 5 stars in my book. A bit pricy, but the neighbors are good and the location is the best in town.
