    Staff was great but the place was creepy. Seemed like it was a hotel converted into apartments. Parking is not assigned so you have to fight for it. The apartments themselves were nice but the building itself needs work. I prayed every time I went onto the elevator. I could see it being ok for a college student to get by but that's about it.

    I have been living here for more than 3 months now. And I keep receiving messages that ask me to write a review about this apartment on the internet so let me write a review. First of all, I loved the old management so much. They were VERY polite, and showed each of the residents their respect at all times. They even spent hours for me to choose a unit and listen to the problems I had at this apartment. To be honest, one of the big reasons why I chose this apartment was definitely because of them. They even told me that as long as I have them as the management staff, I wouldn’t have any problems. They were very confident and knew what they were doing so I could trust them. Another big reason I chose this apartment is that the apartment itself is very wonderful. I love the interior (renovation) so much. I can barely hear my neighbor 's sounds. This apartment is a pet-friendly apartment so it does smell sometimes, but I believe they clean the carpet in the public hallway every day. You wouldn’t imagine how beautiful each unit is from outside of the building. I can tell you so many good things about this apartment, however, I can also tell you so MANY bad things about this apartment as well. I have been having a problem with the heater (probably AC as well) since I moved into this apartment. The heater doesn’t work and I have talked with the old management so many times about it since it is a huge deal to me. The old management tried their best, always tried to address the problem. We figured that the problem was the blower; the air-pressure is very weak and it doesn’t warm my unit up enough. So the last management ordered a new heater/ AC blower for my unit and emailed me that he would let me know once ETA becomes available. I didn’t want to bother them so often so I waited for about 3 weeks. No messages. I decided to visit the management, shockingly, I figured that the management had changed. The old management didn’t share the problems with them so I needed to explain the new management once again. I told her that it’s been like that since the beginning and I really needed them to repair it. I even showed the email as well that said the old management did order a new blower for my unit but she doubted it. She seemed not to care about the problem and kinda rushed me to leave. Well, to be honest, if their residents’ problems are a matter for them, I am sure they would have contacted me but no I don’t hear anything from them at all! Idk how long I have to spend like this although I pay my rent every month. It's VERY unfair. It's summer already and I don't need to use the heater so they are trying to forget the problem, I guess. We also have a maintenance worker here and it is easy to reach him when a service is needed. I have also had a problem with a bathroom faucet. I requested the repair services probably 5 times already within 3 months. It just fell off during the bath time, and whenever it happens, I cannot use the shower. It is still loose and I can see it will fall off again very soon. He was talking bad about me on the phone (in front of me!) while repairing. Ughh, I really should have recorded it. The most worst thing which I cannot forgive him is that he messed up with my stuff, but NO REPORT, NO APOLOGIE, AND THREW MY BELONGING AWAY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! This happened twice already but when I got from work, my sink in the bathroom was full of dirty water. I couldn't even drain the water at all and it was also flooded. Of course I requested a service for next day, and made sure I put away stuff in the bathroom so he could easily repair. When I got home, I was very upset to see all the stuff under the sink got covered with the DIRTY WATER. I left him a note, but he didn't leave me a note to let me know what happened. He probably went home as if nothing happened, although all of my belongings were covered with the dirty water! I emailed the management but they said the maintenance worker said it got clogged because of my hair. SMH, that's not the point at all! If something happens, what we do is report & apologize.
