Living here has been my biggest regret in college so far

I have lived at Nova Knoxville for 3, going on 4 years. The office staff has always been helpful and supportive to whatever I need. They are friendly and constantly have a smile on their faces. The building is always kept up with weekly cleanings on all the floors and elevators. The maintenance staff is super quick with responding to issues in my apartment and love to chat with you! Highly recommend living here! :)

Horrible place. Very dangerous. My has daughter lived there for over a year and was harassed, threatened, stalked, and ultimately had her vehicle vandalized my a resident. Now, the apartment manager is telling her they cant get her the security video of the vandalism, theyre refusing to send it to the police, and saying it auto deletes after.30 days . Terrible place. Look elsewhere. If I could give a negative score I would. You were warned.

I was a resident here for the 2022-2023 school year at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. The problems that I have with this apartment building were the same as my roommates. Poor management - meaning it is ran by college students that really do not care about maintenance or the property itself. They get discounted/free housing so thats their main reason for working there. There are only two maintenance workers for the entire building, so it takes forever for issues to be resolved. Maintence issues that happened at this property: Busted Pipes, Tiles fall out off the wall in the bathroom, sinks w/ brown water, my roommates and I need a drawer replaced (the first week we got there and it was not replace the day we moved out a year later), washer would only do hot water - and the dryer never finished drying clothes completely, the windows do not have a screen and the safety feature can easily be bypassed. Two of the fire extinguishers were more than two years old. Multiple elevators going down throughout the week, not to mention the trash oh the trash. Trash will be sitting outside your room for days and stick up the entire hallway.

Weve been trying to contact Aspen for weeks now trying to pay a final bill for a relet. Portal access has been disabled and the invoice does not offer a way to pay. No one answers the phone or responds to an email.
