        I had a friend that moved from there. I feared for her safety. They need remodeled. She had mice and bugs and she os very clean. It wasn't safe at all. Criminals and thugs run halls at night

        Cedar Springs Apartments is not a smoking-free facility. Parking lots are too far away from sixteen single bedroom apartments. The couple residents at a single bedroom apartment are smuggling drugs here.

        I guess when I was looking on this site I accidentally pushed one star. I would definitely give it 4 stars. I have lived here off and on since 1985. Every place has issues once in a while. This is one of the best government subsidized apt complexes in Knoxville.
