Update - Standard just installed a second unit and it was another excellent experience. They are always prompt, professional and courteous. We cant recommend them enough for either installation or service. Bruce and his entire team are best company we have ever worked with hands down. We have been using Standard for several years and highly recommend them. Bruce and his entire staff run this company the way a company should be run. They are the very best company we have ever used for anything. I wish more companies were like thisgreat communication, very knowledgeable, great follow-up and very courteous. Fantastic service from start to finish, Forrest and Marshall answered all my questions throughout a very smooth estimate to final install process. We are very happy with our new gas packaged unit and even more with the great customer service from Standard. We will always look to Standard for all our HVAC needs in the future, Six Stars!

I bought a new construction house in April 2022. The HVAC system was extremely loud and inefficient. I called a few businesses to discuss repairs, and Standard Air was the most responsive and professional. They came out and did a very thorough evaluation of my HVAC system. They made recommendations to me to fix the issues, and they were able to perform the work within a couple of weeks of me signing the quote. The crew was very professional and friendly. I have animals, and the crew members were very nice to my pets. The repairs took most of the day, and I left for an appointment late afternoon, at which point my wife stayed with the crew. My wife was very comfortable around them and felt very respected and safe. I am very fit and due to my body composition and exercise routine, I tend to run very hot. In February 2024, I contracted with Standard Air to enhance my houses cooling capacity. Forrest and Noah came out and assessed my house and walked through the options, ranging from well within my budget to the upper limit. Forrest answered all of my questions and I opted for mini-splits. Marshall, Mike, Noah, Forrest, and another gentleman came out and installed. They did an amazing job! I highly recommend this company. The team at Standard is very responsive by email and they communicate very well. I will definitely be utilizing them again in the future. I highly recommend Standard for HVAC work!
