First off, I worked at this Cookout location for almost two years in the height of the pandemic. It is not hard! I know its popular and busy, but this place has gone DOWNHILL since the changes in management. The employees dont know how to assemble the food according to the menu. Things included on an item are always missing, and God help if you order things a particular way- you will not get it the way you ordered. If service is quick, the order is wrong or missing something, every time. If the order takes 10 minutes in the drive-thru, chances of accuracy may increase. Portioning has changed so much its like theyre rationing while the prices have increased. This results in dry burgers, little toppings and sauces on hotdogs, fries, and walking tacos, and drinks not filled to the line. Please go back to testing employees on ingredients, assembly of food items, food safety hygiene, and ACCURACY.
