        Even though i was charged a $35 co-pay when arriving at this center for an EMG test, I was later billed a $100 co-pay. I was told by both the Ballad billing office and TN BCBS that it was billed as if it were a hospital visit. WMA Spine and Rehabilitation is not a hospital. I have filed a complaint and grievance with BCBS.
