Highly recommend this attorney. He is both professional and personable. Having never been through before I had a lot of questions both in the beginning and through the entire process. He was very patient answering my questions and always responded in a timely manner. He will go to the front lines not only for you but with you. I highly recommend Mr. Bates to anyone needing an attorney. He is very professional and a "to the point" kind of person. He will work hard and get things done for you. He is very good with communications and responding back to you in a timely manner with any questions you may have. If I ever need an attorney in the future, I will definitely give him another call.

Although the cause for meeting and working with Robert and his staff was not pleasant working with them was. Robert was willing to answer every question and quickly showed that he was on my side. I appreciate how he is not only in the business for the money and followed my wishes when it came to a settlement. I pray I never need his services again but if I do I will not hesitate to work with him again.
