Update: We have been here two years and we have seen so many powerful things. If you really want to grow with your relationship with the Lord, this is the place to be. Part of the reason this church is so powerful is that there is a lot of praying and fasting that goes on. Also, we have services with other churches to keep unity alive. The Pastors and elders are the real deal. We all work together to pray over each other and make sure that we are working as a team. Nothing like CLC! This is the church from Acts. The early church met in large gatherings, had small group meetings, met for prayer, preached repentance along with baptism and spoke in the prayer language (speaking in tongues). See Acts 2:38. They also do a lot of charity work within the community like the early church did. There is always some type of charity work that you can either volunteer for or donate to. I grew up Baptist and from listening to Perry Stone knew that there was more to God than what I had been taught as he spoke of intense warfare and how everyone can get the prayer language after repenting of your sins. God allowed me to go thru a lot of warfare which forced me to really pursue him and therefore I released my fear of the prayer language which has helped me grow in my faith. Not one person runs the show here which is amazing because there are a lot of churches that have one person and a few families that are the authority. The saints and pastors all work together and there is a lot of love poured into this campus. The moment you walk into the sanctuary you can feel the presence of the Lord and this makes the church stand out from the rest as it is very intense. The only time I have felt that intense presence at a church gathering was when I saw Perry Stone at a revival and they stated that they had prayed and fasted for the meeting. What a blessing this church has been and we pray that we will be a blessing back to them. These saints really do love God and others. This place is home and I pray you will find home here as well. Welcome home!
