Deceptive Tactics and Broken Trust My recent experience with Kingsport Mercedes-Benz has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I am compelled to share my story to warn potential customers about their deceitful practices. I purchased a vehicle from Kingsport Mercedes-Benz trusting in the reputation of the Mercedes brand and the supposed integrity of this dealership. Unfortunately, my trust was severely misplaced. The sales team at Kingsport Mercedes-Benz knowingly and willfully deceived me about the true condition of the car I purchased. The salesperson conveniently omitted crucial details about the car's history, including prior accidents and mechanical issues, during the sales process. It is evident that their primary goal was to close the deal, and they were willing to sacrifice honesty and transparency to achieve it. Upon discovering these discrepancies after the purchase, my attempts to address the issue with the staff at Kingsport Mercedes-Benz were met with outright denial and deflection. Rather than acknowledging their role in this deceitful transaction, they shamelessly shifted blame onto me for not conducting my own due diligence. While I take responsibility for my oversight, it is absolutely unacceptable for a dealership of such purported standing to engage in such deceptive practices. Kingsport Mercedes-Benz has shattered any trust I had in them, and I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth and a previously damaged vehicle. To anyone considering a purchase from Kingsport Mercedes-Benz, I implore you to exercise extreme caution. Don't be lured in by the allure of the Mercedes-Benz brand or the facade of professionalism. Beneath the surface, this dealership lacks the integrity and honesty one should expect when making a significant purchase. In conclusion, my experience with Kingsport Mercedes-Benz has been a complete disappointment. I strongly advise prospective buyers to look elsewhere for their automotive needs, as Kingsport Mercedes-Benz has proven themselves to be an untrustworthy and deceitful establishment. I would even advise you to not buy a MB because of how outrageously and aggregious the price of parts is, for example, a headlight is $3500. That doesnt include installation.

Broke down while on a business trip, 2 hours from home. Greg was extremely helpful, letting me know about roadside assistance for all MB owners. Upon arrival at the dealership, Greg quicky provided an estimate, ETA and arranged transportation to a local rental car company. Vehicle was completed on time and at the estimated price. Thank you for your professionalism, courtesy and integrity. If I ever need service again, Greg has earned my trust.
