        Great experience! They did the warranty service on a pool heat pump that I had purchased last summer from another company. (now out of business). Because I had purchase the unit else where, I had a hard time getting an appointment for warranty service. Pool and Spa World immediately scheduled the inspection, repaired the unit and communicated with the manufacturer about the warranty on my behalf without hesitation. I highly recommend Pool and Spa World and I will look to make pool supply purchases from them when I can.

        Just had my pool installed on 9/11/23. The owners, Leslie and Steve are very helpful with any questions you might have. The staff is so friendly and seem to go that extra mile to help. Not had one bad experience with them. Can't wait to start swimming next year!! The owner Steve was there the whole time the other men were there installing my pool. He worked right along side with them and made sure everything went smoothly and correctly. Leslie his wife talked to me and helped me make decisions about my pool. Randy sold us our pool and helped us pick it out and answered any questions or concerns we had. Dillan, Donna and Ann were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable about pool products. We went with the frog leap mineral water. In the past two months we have had several home projects done from different businesses. Pool and spa world has topped them all. I highly recommend and I love my pool!! It's a blue Cascade and it's called the Pearl. 24 x 52.
