        First,. Never consider working for Suncrest Kingsport. The ED and office staff are horrible vindictive people. The ED is dishonest and untrustworthy. The company provides poor quality care, never on time. Amy J. - PT has had my mother in tears because of her abrasive and uncaring nature. Called the office to complain and they did nothing and actually sent her to see my mom again after I told them not to.

        Nothing good comes from Suncrest HOme Health in Kingsport, TN. Management is unprofessional, and micromanaging to cover for their ineptitude to do their jobs correctly. Therapy (especially PT) is rude, unprofessional and lacks necessary skills. Stay away!

        I would discourage anyone for receiving therapy and nursing services from this company. They are untimely, inept, physical therapist (A.J specifically) is rude. All around unprofessional. They do not offer quality care. Go somewhere else.
