If you go to doctors often during the year, you know how complicated coverage, claims, and cost of premiums versus benefits can be. In my case, I was very anxious about making a mistake that would have a negative impact on my medical care. From the first moment, Renee put my mind at ease. She gave easy to understand explanations of all the Medicare parts and showed me the difference between traditional Medicare an the Advantage policies. With a birthday late in the year, I didn't want to waste money by paying for extras until the new calendar year. No matter my concerns, Renee explained and showed me graphic models that guided us through the process. In less time than time it takes to get through the grocery store, I was signed up for Medicare coverage for A, B, an D (prescription) with a supplement to cover all my medical conditions present and future. I wholeheartedly recommend Thompson Insurance Group to anyone. Even if you have to drive a fair distance to her office in Kingsport, it's worth it. In less than a couple of weeks after signing up, I got all my coverage cards. I don't worry about my medical bills like I did before I retired because Renee helped me find the coverage I needed at prices I could afford (HUGE savings compared to premiums paid to my employer from my paychecks). Other family members will be making appointments with Thompson Insurance within the next year or two, and I feel certain they will be as happy with her help and service as I am.
