You have the rudest employees working for you and were unwilling to assist with my concern. After two agents confirmed that they cant do something any other bank would do in a heartbeat I have decided I will be changing banks after spending almost 10 years with you. If you guys arent able to assist or if they were telling the truth and cant perform basic maintenance that other banks can, you are going to lose several clients.

If you're in a hurry at all, I do not recommend going. You will sit in the drive-through at least fifteen minutes or longer( even if you're the only car there)

Iv had several problems with them but the most recent has done it for me.i will never do business with them again.iv had a credit card for yrs with them and they just popped up and said i owe them money that has long since been payed.they give no reason for what i owe it for.they never sent a letter and iv walked into several different branches over the years and never a word said.they just decided i owe them money and give no reason why.they are crooks.

Such a pleasant experience refinancing my car with Ashleigh S here at ACFCU. Ashleigh was so helpful and thoughtful during the process, made it a cake walk to a lower payment each month!
