A few years ago I was looking for a larger tractor with a cab. After looking all over Western NC, East TN, and parts of Virginia, I found the tractor I was looking for at West Hills Tractor. Alex Hensley, one of the Sales Representatives, worked with me on trading in the tractor I had. They made this trade very painless and they treated you like family. Since then that trade,I have purchased a new bush hog and most recently another tractor. I have also purchased numerous parts for my other equipment. So far I have dead the pleasure of dealing with their service technician as they had to come and replace a sticky clutch cable under warranty, I have dealt with their parts, finance, and sales personnel. Each one of them makes you feel like family and has always been very professional. For me the service after the sale is more important than the actual sale. No matter who you are dealing with at West Hills tractor, you will be treated very professional. They treat you like family..and for some people , they treat you better than your family does haha!
