        Mr. Phillips was hired as a lawyer to my wifes ex husband. My wife had filed unruly as per instruction bc she was having issues with her son. Typical teenage behavior experimenting but it was starting to spiral. So in an effort to get the childs attention as per instructed by a wonderful Gentlemen by the name of Walter Hall she reluctantly filed for unruly. Since then Richard Phillips came in the unruly hearing and then proceeded to address my wife while the judge was actively speaking to her asking her questions. Using a quiet inside voice Mr. Phillips decided to ask my wife how much weed she smoked today all the while her 13 year old son was standing in between of my wife and Richard Phillips. I then took it upon myself to speak with the court about this matter. I was advised by the court that he should be held in contempt and to bring a cd and they would upload the audio onto it and send it to Nashville specifically the Tn Board of Professional Responsibility. In which I have. Will post an update on this matter as soon as I have one.
