Told them about fraudulent charges and Shannon in Jonesborough told me, "sorry" and offered no help. Contacted another branch that attempted to dispute the charges and after 9 days was told they believe I made those charges although I have emails proving I was hacked. Again, Shannon was very rude and unprofessional. Ended up getting a refund in 24hrs from Sony after waiting 2 weeks for help from this bank. Transferring to EASTMAN CREDIT UNION that has atms everywhere, even Mexico. Wouldnt reccomend wasting your time with this bottom feeder bank with horrid staff

I'm amazed I'm the first person to write a review for this wonderful branch and employees. By far the customer service that this branch has given friend, my son, my husband and I has been A+. I'm not one to give 5 stars and this bank and its staff has be nothing but helping and wonderful. I want to thank this branch for the top notch customer service.

I LOVE LOVE this bank! After a horrible experience with Eastman Credit union, I was desperate to find a bank that was close to me and that knew what they were doing without having ridiculous policies. Eastman had charged me hundreds in overdraft fees and I was specifically set up not to overdraft, also after I made purchases, they would pend my money and the pending charge would dissapear leaving me thinking I had more money then what I actually did which resulted in Overdraft fees, I have not had any problems like that with renasant! Once my account was opened they sent me a gift in the mail and each time I visit the branch I am always greeted by warm and helpful staff! The charges usually come out of pending in a day so I always know my correct balance, and quick direct deposit! Go with this place, you won't be dissapointed!
